Job Summary:

Financial Data Management:

Expense Management:

- Track and report on company expenses and budget variances.

Payroll Support:
- Collaborate with HR and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.
- Assist in payroll-related tasks such as tracking employee hours and deductions.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
- Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring they are readily accessible for audits and reviews.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus.

Outbound Caller gives you the chance to communicate with customers and be the “voice” of your company. Handle many different tasks.
