Iskedyul ng Open Discussion Tungkol sa School Visitation Guidelines:

Ang talakayan ay gaganapin sa Biyernes, Hunyo 26. Iniaanyayahan po ang mga magulang at guardian ng Kindergarten na pumunta, at bukas din po ito para sa lahat.

Mga Oras: 6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM
Lugar: Covered Court

That is why childhood is not only a season for protecting children. It is also a season for preparing them.

Every time we refuse to correct harmful behavior because we want to avoid tears, conflict, or guilt, we may be choosing temporary peace over our child's future.

Children do not need parents who remove every consequence. They need parents who lovingly teach them how to face consequences while the stakes are still small.

Because a corrected child may cry for a moment.

But an uncorrected child may struggle for a lifetime.

The school acknowledges the open letter posted by a member of a Facebook community forum expressing concerns regarding the implementation of the School Visitation Guidelines and their impact on learners.

In the interest of transparency and open communication, our Principal, Mr. Ronaldo G. Cambel, provides the following response to address the concerns raised:

📢 OPISYAL NA ANUNSYO: MGA GABAY SA PAGBISITA SA PAARALAN (SCHOOL VISITATION GUIDELINES)
Taong Panuruan 2026–2027

Isang mapagpalang araw sa buong komunidad ng ating paaralan!

Upang masig**o ang tuloy-tuloy at walang-abalang pag-aaral ng ating mga mag-aaral sa panahon ng klase (Instructional Block), mahigpit na ipinatutupad ng paaralan ang No-Visitation Policy. Ito ay alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026 sa ilalim ng balangkas ng Three-Term School Calendar na naglalayong protektahan ang oras ng pagtuturo at pagkatuto.

Dahil dito, ang mga strictly necessary at awtorisadong pagbisita lamang ang papahintulutan sa loob ng kampus.

🚫 MGA IPINAGBABAWAL NA PAGBISITA (Habang Oras ng Klase)

Hindi papayagan ang mga sumusunod upang maiwasan ang abala sa mga silid-aralan:
-Unscheduled o biglaang pagbisita ng magulang o guardian.
-Paghahatid ng pagkain, kagamitan sa pag-aaral, o personal na gamit (maliban kung ito ay isang emergency).
-Pag-obserba sa loob ng silid-aralan nang walang paunang aprubal.
-Impormal na pakikipag-usap o pagpupulong sa mga g**o habang sila ay nagtuturo.
-Pagsundo sa mag-aaral nang walang balidong dahilan o awtorisasyon.

MGA PINAYAGANG EKSEPSYON (Allowed Exemptions)

Ang pagpasok sa paaralan ay papahintulutan LAMANG sa mga sumusunod na sitwasyon:

1. Mga Mag-aaral na may Special Needs (SNED): Ang mga magulang/guardian ay maaaring pumasok upang magbigay ng esensyal na suporta, basta't hindi ito makakaistorbo sa klase.

2. Key Stage 1 (Grades 1–3) Cleaning Duty: Para lamang sa mga magulang na may opisyal na iskedyul ng paglilinis sa partikular na araw at oras, sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa class adviser.

3. Kindergarten Volunteer Parent Teacher Aides: Isang (1) aprubadong magulang bawat klase ang maaaring pumasok bilang katulong ng g**o sa itinalagang lugar at oras.

4. Mga Emergency: Kabilang ang aksidente, biglaang pagkakasakit, o agarang medikal na pangangailangan ng mag-aaral.

5. Mga Kaso sa Guidance Office: Kasama rito ang mga agarang interbensyon tulad ng insidente ng bullying, matinding emosyonal na ligalig, o mga isyung pang-behavioral.

6. Awtorisadong School Service: Ang mga rehistradong tsuper at attendant ng school service ay papayagan lamang sa oras ng pagsundo at paghatid ng mga mag-aaral.

🎟️ SISTEMA NG VISITATION PASS AT DATA PRIVACY

School Visitation Pass: Lahat ng aprubadong bisita ay obligadong kumuha ng Visitation Pass sa gate. Ito ay dapat isuot nang nakikita sa loob ng kampus at isusuko bago lumabas. Ito ay non-transferable at valid lamang sa tinukoy na dahilan at oras.

Hinihiling po ang kooperasyon ng lahat ng mga magulang, guardian, at bisita upang mapanatili nating ligtas, maayos, at nakapokus sa pag-aaral ang ating mga estudyante.

TINGNAN: Matagumpay na isinagawa ang malawakang 2nd Quarter National Earthquake Drill (NSED) sa pangunguna ni Bb. Rosel Esguerra, ang SDRRM Coordinator ngayong araw, Hunyo 18.

Layunin nitong palakasin ang kahandaan at kaalaman ng bawat mag-aaral sa mga tamang hakbang na dapat gawin bago, kasalukuyan, at matapos ang isang lindol.

Pinalalahanan ang lahat na maging alerto sa lahat ng pagkakataon. Maging maingat, Pulonians!
