📣 We’re Hiring: Aircon Technician (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Sta. Rosa / Calamba Nuvali area
🛠️ Company: Paps Aircon Maintenance Services – A Startup Aircon Cleaning Service

We’re a new and growing aircon cleaning company looking for a trustworthy and skilled Aircon Technician to join us. If they’re experienced in aircon cleaning or basic troubleshooting and want to grow with a small team from the ground up, we’d love to hear from them!

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Clean and maintain window- and split-type air conditioning units
• Do basic inspections and troubleshooting if needed
• Provide excellent service and represent our team well on-site
• Follow proper safety procedures during work

✅ Who We’re Looking For:
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in aircon cleaning (repair skills a plus!)
• Willing to work in the field
• Courteous, honest, and professional when dealing with customers
• Can work independently and with minimal supervision
• TESDA certification is a plus but not required

⏰ Work Setup:
• Flexible hours (can be freelance, part-time, or full-time)
• We’ll work around their availability as we build our client base

💸 Compensation:
• Per service rate (negotiable)
• Pay increases as we grow – we’re looking for people we can grow with!
