Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes
-Assist the Korean Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen inventory management
-Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times
-Perform food preparation tasks such as chopping, plating, and organizing ingredients
-Provide support or take charge of kitchen operations when the Head Chef is unavailable
-Maintain strict compliance with health and food safety regulations
-Contribute to smooth and efficient daily kitchen operations

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
-Age requirement: 33–45 years old

Skills & Experience:

Strong interest in learning Korean cuisine and kitchen operations
Experience in Korean cooking is an advantage
Passionate about cooking with a positive and proactive attitude
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
