A moment of profound insight was shared as 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗙. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼, Prime Minister of the Libertas Debate Society, took the floor as the Keynote Speaker for the first-ever 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆. His address, centered on the theme "𝘍𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘋𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯-𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨: 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘔𝘜𝘕 𝘚𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘭 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘐𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘵," set a powerful tone for the workshop and highlighted the vital connection between legal reasoning and youth participation in governance. Following this inspiring lead, delegates 𝗞𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗔𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗼 and 𝗥𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲 represented the spirit of academic and civic excellence, actively engaging in the diplomatic simulations hosted by the 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆.

𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The 1st of May has been filled with enthusiasm, as The Libertas Debate Society (LDS) gathered its members, returning members, and invited students for its 2nd General Assembly on the 1st of May at Gabaldon Hall– Santa Rosa ES Central 2.

The day was divided into two sessions. The morning session oriented the parents of underaged members for a clearer understanding of the organization, and the afternoon session that brought together all members who came. Both sessions radiated enthusiasm, joy, and knowledge as notable happenings and speakers that presented throughout the event.

The afternoon session began with an ice breaker that lifted everyone’s mood, by debating with the opposing team with a word-per-word argument from each team.

Important introductions of each department were then given to formally present how LDS operates and moves every event.

To conclude the assembly, several debaters trained for an upcoming event they will be joining.

Minds have clashed, and voices have spoken.

May Libertas grow even more happier, fancier, and smarter.
