Started with a white belt and a dream—now built on discipline, perseverance, and growth.

From learning basic stances to mastering forms, every step on the mat taught me patience and resilience. Each rank earned wasn’t just a promotion, but a reminder that progress comes from consistency and hard work.

Faced challenges, pushed through limits, and kept showing up—even on the toughest days. Wins and losses both became lessons that shaped me not just as an athlete, but as a person.

Grateful for Kaizen ZG Taekwondo and Coach Zandro - who taught and guided me, teammates who motivated me, and the journey that continues to make me stronger every day.
