✨ If I could change ONE thing in life right now… it would be this ✨
More control over my time and my future ⏰💭
Not rushing all the time 🏃♀️💨
Not feeling like my schedule and income are decided by someone else 📅💸
Not missing life because I’m too busy “surviving” it 😅
So I made a quiet decision for myself…
to start building something online 💻🌍
Not because I had everything figured out ❌
Not because I was an expert ❌
But because I was tired of staying in the same cycle 🔁😌
Between lab work ⚛️🧪, life, family calls 📞💕, and everything in between…
I’m slowly learning how to build more freedom for myself 🌊✈️
More options.
More breathing space.
More time for the people I love most 🧑🧑🧒💖
And honestly… I’m still learning as I go 📊😄
no perfect plan, just consistent trying
Because the truth is:
you don’t need everything figured out before you start 🌱
you just need to begin… even if it’s messy
So I want to ask you 👇
If you could change ONE thing in your life right now… what would it be ?

June…
A new month to try again, show up again, and believe again.
Maybe May was messy.
Maybe you got tired, distracted, discouraged, or inconsistent.
But here you are.
Still standing.
Still learning.
Still building.
Welcome, June.
Let’s see what happens when we don’t give up this time.
TMany people see retirement as the finish line. But what if it's actually the beginning of a new chapter?
Join us as we interview an inspiring 70-year-old retired nurse who chose not to stop growing after retirement. Instead, she embraced learning new skills, exploring online business, and creating a life filled with purpose, flexibility, and new opportunities.
In this conversation, we'll talk about:
 Life after retirement
Starting something new later in life
 Overcoming fears and self-doubt
The importance of staying active and engaged
Building a future with purpose, regardless of age
Whether you're nearing retirement, already retired, or simply wondering what's possible in your next chapter, this conversation will remind you that it's never too late to learn, grow, and pursue new dreams.

✨35 years later and we’re still the same—just with more wrinkles and better stories 👵💫

My bio that nobody asked for but here we are:
Full-time chemist. ⚛️🧪
Part-time lola on a mission. 👵
Deliberately building something — slowly, stubbornly, mine. 💻
Built a business between lab reports, church Sundays, recovery days, and eating healthy until someone brings rice 🍚 or ice cream 🍦
Where I’m at :
📱 building friendships across time zones one message at a time 🌎
🌊 building a dream that ends somewhere near Hawaii — with layovers ✈️ in Canada 🇨🇦 and New Zealand 🇳🇿 for the people I love most 🧑🧑🧒🧑🧑🧒
🚗 surviving on faith, , airport transfers and FaceTime calls from my kids and grandkids abroad.
✈️ mentally already on a plane — across continents attending milestones I can’t afford to miss
📊 pretending I have it together because my Google Calendar is organized
🦀 emotionally attached to mountain views, a girl who chose crab over Disney princess, another smart sporty Disney princess, and a Korean Pinoy with an adorable nose.
🛫 at this age, still trying to jump on planes, dive into oceans, and climb more mountains — before I fully surrender to lola duties
Also Me :
lola goals,
tired but trying,
and still online at midnight wondering why I’m sleepy in the lab.
Balancing act:
full time job, online business, healing, hiking, and trying not to compare my chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 10.
If you want someone who has it all figured out …
this page might disappoint you. 😀

Some trips aren’t really about the destination. Some days you just need to go where your loves ones used to be.
Tatay used to drive his friends here every Pahiyas and took Nanay with him . No room for the kids.
Last week I finally went — mostly because I missed them.
Walking those streets, I just smiled and thought — so this is what you loved .
And for a moment, I felt them close. 🌾
Thinking about starting an online business but feeling overwhelmed, confused, or unsure where to begin? You’re not alone.
In this live, we’ll answer the most common beginner questions people silently wonder about:
 Do I need experience?
How much time does it take?
Can I do this while working full-time?
What if I’m not good at social media?
Is it too late to start?
This is a safe, honest conversation for beginners who are curious about building something online—especially for people who want more flexibility, additional income, and a future they can grow into step by step.
Before I started this online business — I asked myself the same questions.
Do I have enough experience?
Am I good enough at sales?
What do you actually do in online business ?
Tonight I am answering both — completely honestly.
Not the polished version.
Not the version designed to make you sign up.
The real version.
From a 57 year old chemist from Mandaluyong who had zero online business experience and has never considered herself a salesperson in her life.
If you have ever talked yourself out of something because you thought you were not experienced enough — or not salesy enough —
This live is for you.
ife does not care about your business plans.
It does not care about your posting schedule.
It does not care about your consistency goals.
It does not care about your momentum.
It just — happens.
An accident. A surgery. A health scare. Exhaustion so deep you cannot lift your phone.
This week Mel and [Name] are talking honestly about what happened when life got in the way of their business — and what they did about it.
Because this is the episode nobody in the online business space talks about honestly.
Not the highlight reel.
Not the polished comeback story.
The real moment when everything stopped.
And the decision that came after.
Tonight on Building Out Loud —
— What actually happened when life interrupted everything
— The honest feelings that came with it
— What we did when we could not show up
— How we came back — imperfectly and powerfully
— What we want every woman to know when life gets in her way too
Two former OFWs. One chemist from the Philippines. One nurse from Hawaii. Building honestly — through everything life throws at them.
This one is for every woman who has ever had to pause her dreams because life demanded everything she had.
 Every weekend
 Live on Facebook
Share this with the woman whose life keeps getting in the way of her dreams
Has life ever stopped you just when you were finally moving? 🌅
Four weeks ago it stopped me completely.
Today I am back.
One hand.
Still healing.
More decided than ever.
