Safety comes with preparedness! ⛑️🦺

📌 On Thursday, June 18, Balibago Integrated High School will conduct its earthquake drill.

This activity aims to teach students and teachers the importance of practicing safety precautions to avoid injuries from falling objects, broken glass, or panicked rushing.

It is also essential for everyone to learn the safest exit routes, assembly areas, and headcount procedures.

When the ground shakes, your body tends to freeze or panic. Drills train your body to react automatically.

📍 Things to do when there is an earthquake:

1. Duck
2. Cover
3. Hold

This activity is significant for us to be prepared for real-life experiences because you can't stop the earthquake, but you can stop chaos.
