BALISUSO is a local delicacy of Barangay Carangcang, Magarao, Camarines Sur where my grandparents with a family names Julia-Godoy are known for their delicious kakanin.

Balisuso is traditionally cooked as steamed grated cassava with shredded young coconut meat or glutinous rice flour ube with shredded young coconut meat, wrapped in a cone shaped banana leaves.
