We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and willing to learn. The role will support the daily operations of the cluster office, coordinate with partner developers, assist newly recruited real estate salespersons, and help with trainings, project presentations, meetings, and recruitment activities.

Qualifications:
• Must be a residence of Candelaria, Quezon or near the area
• Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Canva is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking in front of groups
• Organized and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be trained and work on weekends

Experience in office administration, customer service, sales support, training, or event coordination is a plus.

✅ Repurpose existing content into engaging social media posts
✅ Assist in growing the online presence of RCD Pearl Homes and Broker RV

QUALIFICATIONS:

✔ Proficient in Canva
✔ Knowledgeable in CapCut
✔ Familiar with photo and video editing tools
✔ Creative and detail-oriented
✔ Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
✔ Experience in content creation is an advantage
✔ Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply
