The famous “Town Musicians of Bremen”. A donkey, dog, cat, and rooster are from a Brothers Grimm fairy tale. In the story, they run away from their old lives to become musicians in Bremen… but never actually make it to the city!
You can see their statue just outside the Bremen Town Hall. Legend says if you rub the donkey’s legs, it brings good luck!
