The Homeowners Association (HOA) of Pagsibol Village Phase 3 Official expresses their sincerest gratitude to Hon. Salvador Aquino Pleyto for his generous donation of an outdoor tent through the efforts of Kapitan Dino Adriano - Brgy Catmon SMB and the rest of the Barangay Catmon council.

This donation will significantly impact the community, providing shelter and comfort to those who need it most during special events, gatherings and emergencies.

As the Fire Prevention Month of March 2025 approaches, our HOA Officers and Admins coordinated with the Bureau of Fire Protection of Santa Maria to conduct a Fire Safety Seminar and Fire Drill scheduled on 0900H 15 March 2025 at our HOA Club House. All homeowners/tenants/residents are invited to attend. Thank you.

We would like to inform you that the HOA office will remain closed tomorrow Tuesday, 26 November 2024 to give our admins an extra rest day.

Payment of monthly dues and gate pass requests can still be made online but please expect delay in responses/receipts.

Thank you very much for your understanding as they take this time to recharge.
