Wait for me!! Not so fast!! Love, please slow down! 💃🏻 I'd prefer to stroll with my dog than my husband because he doesn't seem to understand my slow pace now that I'm carrying a human inside of me! A snail is probably faster than me right now! Lol 🤣

Trying to stay active while pregnant because of its numerous potential health benefits! But, the only workout I can do for now is walk for 20 to 30 minutes/day. Tho I manage to fit in a prenatal pilates class or go swim 2-3x a month. 😅 To be honest, despite my best efforts to be physically active, I feel like I'm constantly out of energy and out of breath. Nag-marathon ka siiizzzttttt? 🥵 #31weeks

Anyone who can relate? 🙋🏻‍♀️ How do you stay active during pregnancy?
