ANNOUNCEMENT:

Submission of application and requirements for MAYOR MARK CHOLO I. VIOLAGO SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM for the First Semester of S.Y. 2024-2025 is now open.

1. Open the link to download the application form:

2. Fill out the downloaded application form using your device.
3. Save and print the filled-out application form on long-size bond paper.

REMINDERS:
* This grant is for COLLEGE STUDENTS only.
* Old scholars should also apply together with the new applicants.
* All requirements will be submitted to the General Services Office (GSO), Ground Floor, Municipal Hall, San Rafael Government Center, Brgy. Sampaloc.
* The deadline for submission is on August 30, 2024.
* Applications with incomplete requirements will not be accepted.
* Details of the qualifying examinations will be announced here on our official page.

1. Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) 1st SEM SY 2024-25
2. Certified Photocopy of Report Card – General Average should be 85% above
(Should be Certified by the Señior High School where he/she came from)
3. Barangay Certificate of Indigency (Original Copy)
4. Request Letter addressed to Mayor Mark Cholo I. Violago
(Personal letter by the student applicant)

*For 2nd YEAR & Up
1. Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) 1st SEM SY 2024-25
2. Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) 2nd SEM SY 2023-24
3. Photocopy of Certificate of Grades (COG) 2nd SEM SY 2023-24

Dahil after ng 7 months stay-in training sa GBF Technical Training Center sa Calamba and 5 months OJT sa URC plants, tuloy-tuloy ang support namin hanggang maipasa mo ang Mechatronics Servicing National Certification II.

And the best part? May chance ka magtrabaho for real sa URC!

Ngayong linggo, sasagutin naman natin ang katanungan ng karamihan tungkol sa pay-out ng cash grants para sa mga benepisyaryo ng 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝟰𝗣𝘀)!
Ang Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) ay ang pambansang estratehiya sa pagpapabuti ng kalagayang pantao ng ating mga kababayan ayon sa Republic Act No. 11310 o “An Act institutionalizing Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps)” na nilagdaan noong April 17, 2019.
Ang benepisyaryo ng 4Ps ay pinipili sa pamamagitan ng National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR) o mas kilala bilang Listahanan na tumutukoy kung sinu-sino ang mga nangangailangan ng tulong sa bansa.
