𝟒𝟏𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐋 - 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐋𝐘

Unified with a goal of serving the Louisian community, the Legislative Assembly of the 41st.

The College Student Council - Legislative Assembly introduces a new breed of young leaders whose passion for leadership deeply roots in a missionary identity— to amplify the voices of every Lousian student whom they ought to serve.

These leaders may come from various organizations across the the college, but they can stand united, as one, in bringing quality service and promoting the welfare of each and every Louisian.

𝐓𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠 𝐤𝐚, 𝐋𝐮𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐨!

𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐈 𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:

The 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 has received an impeachment complaint dated February 18, 2026. Consequently, the Legislative Council endorsed such complaint to the Legal and Academic Affairs committee last February 22, 2026.

On the very first day of March, the appropriate Committee held its first special meeting to address the impeachment complaint. Upon their careful review and deliberation, the impeachment complaint was found to be 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢 due to lack of signatures of mentioned complainants and absence of attached credible evidence supporting the claims. The complainant was then given a response letter by March 2, 2026 for their resubmission of the petition at hand.

Committed in its duty, the Legislative Assembly ensures that all necessary measures are taken in consideration. This is to guarantee that transparency, accountability, and integrity is evident in all actions of the assembly.

As 2025 comes to an end, we also honor the service and efforts of the 40th Legislative Assembly. They have been the voice and representatives of the students last school year.

Their services have been evident through the various resolutions that they have passed during their term:

Over the past few days, multiple typhoons have struck various parts of the country, with the province of La Union being among the most heavily affected. In the face of such devastating natural disasters, both preparedness and unwavering faith in the Almighty are essential.

In response, the College Student Council is committed to promoting safety and awareness during this time. We urge everyone to take proactive measures to ensure their safety and the safety of their loved ones. Below, we will be providing essential typhoon safety tips to help guide you before, during, and after the storm.

We also encourage everyone to take note of and save the emergency hotline numbers listed below for immediate assistance when needed.

Above all, let us unite in prayer—asking for strength, wisdom, and Divine protection for our families, our community, and our nation.

Stay alert, stay prepared, and stay safe. Let us continue to care for one another.

Rooted in the heart of service, these initiatives focused on the well-being, growth, and empowerment of every Louisian. From skill-building and advocacy campaigns to inclusive programs and celebrations, we strived to make each student feel seen, valued, and capable of making a difference.

In line with our theme of a fortified future, many of these efforts also supported the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) particularly in promoting inclusive education, well-being, environmental action, and community engagement.

As CSC 40 signs off, we thank each one of you who walked with us, lent your voice, shared your time, or simply believed in what we set out to do. Though our term ends, the spirit of service and solidarity continues.

The Student Affairs Office (SAO) proudly declares the elected student leaders for the 41st College Student Council for the Academic Year 2025-2026.

The results were carefully counted and verified by the School's Board of Canvassers.

Congratulations to our newly elected officers! May you lead with peace and harmony as you embody the principles of being a Louisian leader until the end of your term.

We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to all other candidates who took the challenge. May your leadership continue to inspire even the least, the last, and the lost.

The Student Affairs Office and the College Student Council encourage all Louisian students to participate in the CSC 41 Elections and vote for candidates who will uphold the values of FOR ONE CSC — united in purpose, leadership, and service.
