“Let them.”
Two simple words that gave me peace I didn’t know I was allowed to feel.
I recently came across The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins, and it stopped me in my tracks. It gave language to something I’ve been slowly learning: you don’t have to chase, fix, or over-explain. You can let people be who they are, and still choose peace for yourself.
In this blog (and the podcast episode), I share how this idea hit home for me…If you’ve ever felt drained trying to meet people halfway, this one’s for you.
🔑It’s not about bitterness. It’s about boundaries.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve read A Discovery of Witches, and every single time, it still pulls me in like it’s the first.
The magic. The history. The slow unraveling of power and love.
This book will always have a special place on my shelf (and in my soul).
Book Review: A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness I just finished A Discovery of Witches, and I’m still spellbound. If you love books with magic, mystery, and meaning, this one’s for you.

After Midnight Thoughts...
(a slightly long post ahead)
One thing I’ve learned from being part of different teams and events:
Leadership isn’t always loud. It’s not always the one standing at the front or making the announcements. Sometimes, it’s the quiet, steady presence, the person who shows up, helps out, and stays even when the crowd is gone.
Behind every successful event or effort are people who put in time, heart, and energy, often without recognition. I’m always inspired by those who lead through action, not titles. Who work with humility, not ego.
It’s easy to be visible when everything’s already in place. But real leadership is shown in the preparation, in the willingness to do the small things, to support others, and to respect the process and the people behind it.
To those who continue to serve and lead quietly, thank you. You remind me what true leadership looks like.
