𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗻 (𝗚𝗦𝗘𝗟)
Discussed by BM Ocaña, this program allows qualified government workers to borrow up to ₱500,000.00 to install residential solar panels to help lower monthly electric bills through renewable energy.

𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘-𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗚𝗕𝗘𝗟)
Explained by Engr. Arancillo, active members may borrow up to ₱300,000.00 to purchase brand-new bicycles or personal electric mobility devices like e-bikes and e-scooters for a cheaper daily commute.

𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺
Also discussed by BM Ocaña, this loan moratorium program allows qualified members and pensioners to receive back three months of their loan payments (covering December 2025, January 2026, and February 2026) to provide immediate financial relief.

𝗔 𝟮𝟰/𝟳 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗚𝗦𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵
The GSIS team also encouraged everyone to use the 𝗚𝗦𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝗽𝗽. The mobile application serves as a 24/7 tool for active members and pensioners to apply for these loan programs, view membership and loan records, do the Annual Pensioners' Information Revalidation (APIR), and file claims easily.

Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Roxas City Branch Information Officer and Technical Assistant Engr. Michael Arancillo, during an episode of PIA Kapihan today, May 21, explained the Ginhawa Bike and E-Mobility Loan (GBEL).

According to Arancillo, GBEL allows members to avail of loans for bicycles and electric mobility devices such as electric scooters, e-bikes, and other small e-mobility vehicles.

He also reminded members that GSIS loan programs are available 24/7 through the GSIS Touch App.

Arancillo further clarified that the GBEL and GSEL are intended only for active members and not for pensioners.

Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Roxas City Branch Manager John Vianney Ocaña discussed the available GSIS loan programs for government workers and pensioners during the PIA Kapihan held today, May 21, at the PIA Capiz Information Center in Roxas City.

Ocaña noted that the Ginhawa Solar Energy Loan (GSEL) aims to help active members install solar panels, which can significantly reduce electricity bills.

He added that the program seeks to lessen household expenses by lowering electricity costs while also supporting global initiatives to help prevent global warming and climate change.

Moreover, Ocaña mentioned other GSIS loan programs, such as Balik Ginhawa, MPL Flex, and Ginhawa Go, among others, which are available to both active members and pensioners.
