Stronger foundations build a stronger organization. 🌐✨

Behind every impactful initiative is a well-oiled machine. Last June 4, 2026, JCI Roxas Halaran joined the national training rollout hosted by the Office of the National Treasurer to sharpen our internal management and empower our members with better tools.

This session gave our leadership and members a deep dive into national administrative and financial platforms designed to streamline how we run our chapter:

JCI Philippines EDGE – For smoother, data-driven internal operations.

Business Directory & Merchandise – For structured networking and sustainable chapter funding.

Digital Donation Drive – For modernizing our internal fundraising transparency.

A huge shoutout to the national team for equipping us with these systems:
👤 Rheyniel Flores (National Chairperson for JCI Philippines Edge)
👤 Arman Miguel Montero (National Director for Business Development)
👤 Carrel Pantollano (National Chairperson for Digital Donation Drive)
👤 Lee Ann Olidan (National Chairperson for JCI Philippines Merchandise)
🎙️ ...and Moderator Aron Sanson (ONT Secretary).

By aligning ourselves with One System, One Direction, we ensure our chapter remains resilient, efficient, and ready for the future. Forward and upward! 🚀

Today, our brotherhood stands together to celebrate the fathers, father figures, and mentors among us. Being a father isn’t just a title—it’s a daily commitment to building the next generation with strength, integrity, and heart.

To all the dads in our ranks and beyond: Thank you for setting the standard. Happy Father’s Day! 👑💪

Not all leadership lessons happen behind a podium.

Sometimes, they happen through listening closely, sharing openly, and learning alongside others.

A day filled with insights, growth, and meaningful conversations for our YLEA Awardees.

Leadership isn't just about speaking well or holding a title.

Last June 3, 2026, our young leaders gathered for a full day of learning, growth, and leadership development at CHILDS Academy, Pueblo de Panay, Roxas City with the following training topics from JCI Roxa Halaran:

Project Launchpad 2.1
🔹 Listening: The Most Underrated Leadership Skill
with Raymark Bigcas
🔹 Built Different: Leadership Beyond Titles
with John Moses Aposaga

We are glad to be part of your leadership learning journey!
Great leaders don't just lead—they listen, learn, and inspire.

🏃‍♂️🌊 Over 600 runners, one gorgeous coastal road, and a massive win for Men’s Mental Health!

What an incredible morning down at Baybay Beach for the Halarun for Juan: Community Run! In partnership with Run Capiz, we had an absolute blast watching a massive crowd of 5K and 10K runners bring pure energy to the track. This project was held for Men’s Mental Health Month under our local flagship program, "Man-Up," and serves as our chapter’s ex*****on of the JCI RISE National Program (UN SDG 3).

Our main hub at People's Park was buzzing from start to finish. Our very own chapter members, ZIN Joses and James, kicked things off with a pre-run warm-up. Once the runners smashed the finish line and flooded back into the park, the duo took the stage again for a high-octane post-run Zumba session to celebrate the milestone! 🕺🔥

We also used this amazing gathering to roll out separate, vital chapter projects for the month:
-💧 LAUNCH: Blue Flow QR Campaign (UN SDG 6) – We debuted our monthly Blue Flow initiative, printing custom QR codes directly on water bottles to make it easy for the community to register as active Water Guardians under the Clean Water and Sanitation framework. "Clean Water for Every Filipino." Sign up: https://bit.ly/4v9KfJb
-🚚🍲 Hot Meals on Wheels – Our mobile kitchen served hot, fortified rice and vitamin porridge to participants and spectators. Run Capiz and their partners also set up an incredible post-run fueling station packed with classic marathon snacks and a street food buffet to give our athletes the ultimate recovery!

A huge thank you to our runners, partners, and the generous sponsors who stepped up to fuel this event:
☕ Baia Cafe | Luna Coffee | Feeka Coffee & Bistro | TABAI Coffee + Test Kitchen
🚲 Weika Marketing | Meika Cycle
🐟🇵🇭 Tuyo de Capiz
⛪ Destiny City Church

Together, we run for resilient minds, healthy bodies, and a sustainable tomorrow! 🎽💙

🌊 Behind the Advocacy: The "Man-Up" Official Lyric Video

To anchor our campaign for Men's Mental Health Month, we are dropping the official lyric video for our Flagship Program, "Man-Up."

The footage you see is from our recent June GMM and R&R getaway to Mantalinga Island last June 12. We wanted to capture the essence of the program through real, authentic moments of our members resetting, sharing a meal, and looking out for one another's well-being. True leadership starts with taking care of the team.

🎵 Watch, listen, and share the anthem of brotherhood and resilience!
