"AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROMBLON"

Section 47. All vehicles are banned along the streets of the town during the celebration of the Biniray Festival (every 2nd Saturday of January) from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except the vehicles used by the fiesta marshals and in case of emergency, military vehicles, ambulance, fire trucks and vehicles loading patients going to the hospital.
