The municipality of Rizal through the initiative of the Municipal Mayor Hon. Marissa D. Manigsaca and with the collaborative effort of the MSWDO Rizal and the PESO- SPES , the LGU of Rizal conducted a Reading Tutorial Activity for Grade 1 and 2 entitled BALASAHIN: Basahin, Alamin at Sabihin Program last July 08-19, 2024 to help those identified slow readers from the 22 barangays in the locality.
