I used to feel uncomfortable seeing people cry in front of me—not because I thought it was dramatic, but because I felt so helpless. I pitied them, yet I had nothing to offer to take their pain away.

But when I finally went through it myself, when I finally understood exactly how they felt because I was carrying the same heavy load...

• I realized that crying is often the only way to release what is too heavy to bear.

• I realized that tears are not just water, but a way to ease the ache inside.

• I realized that showing tears and weakness is never something to be ashamed of.

• I realized that when they pour out their hearts, they aren't asking for pity. They are simply looking for someone who will listen and stay.

I thank God for letting me understand these things through my own experience. But how wonderful it is to know that when the pain is too much, we should bring our tears first to God before anyone else. He is waiting for you because He holds the solutions and the comfort that only your soul truly needs. 🥹

I am praying for everyone carrying so much pain, pressure, and problems—you are not alone. I pray that you will never choose the way that God doesn't want you to take, but instead find the path and solution that He has prepared for you.

When people cannot, He can. When it seems impossible for us, it is easy for Him. Remember, even the winds and storms obeyed His voice.

Dear soul, it is okay to cry, but fight your battles on your knees. He has the answer, the comfort, and the peace that your heart is searching for. 🙏🏻🥹

Matthew 11:28-30
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

To my incredible friends from senior high—watching you all graduate, from different schools and with different degrees, fills my heart with so much joy and pride. Remember all those late-night study sessions, inside jokes, and unforgettable memories? This is just the beginning of your amazing journeys. I love you all, and I can't wait to see what incredible things you'll accomplish. ❤️

Life is like riding a bicycle—you only lose balance when you stop moving.
No matter how tough things get, the key is to keep pushing forward. Progress isn’t always fast, and the road won’t always be smooth, but every small step you take builds momentum. Challenges may try to knock you down, but as long as you keep moving, you’re still in the race. Don’t let fear or doubt hold the brakes—believe in your journey, trust your strength, and ride on with purpose. You’ve got this.
