So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Perfect and almighty Lord, my strength and guardian, I am a sinner. Forgive me Father for I have sinned, and knowing that You sent Your only son to earth to die for my sins makes this admission more shameful. O Lord, please hear my prayer! I beg that You give me a chance to improve and pledge my faith to You, so that I may spread Your glory to others. There is only one path for me Abba Father, and that path leads to heaven, so that I may rejoice with You and Christ. I pray this in the name of Christ, Amen.

God is perfect. He does not sin. He is the opposite of sin. Jesus is God, but was sent to earth as a man to know sin. By knowing sin, He can better understand and communicate the message of God to humanity. Do not be confused about this passage: Christ is not a sinner. He is sin itself, a sacrifice to sin. He is a sacrificial offering to sin sent to earth by God, His father so that our sins could be forgiven. Thanks be to God.

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

Thank you for giving me a clear path to righteousness, gracious and faithful God. My efforts have been weak at times, I know this, and it is with this prayer that I promise You that I shall be more diligent, virtuous, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Jesus Christ has shown me the path, and it is my choice whether or not to follow it. I pray to You today and all of my days: I shall take the righteous path. Amen.

Diligence; faith; virtue; knowledge; temperance; patience; godliness; brotherly kindness; charity. Did you get all of that? Try your best, believe in God, and it will be all that you want to do.

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.

I shall love ye forever and ever O Lord! Hark! The angels in heaven sing Your praises and people of earth shall do the same. I am but one meek voice, but united with Your strength I know that anything is possible, my all-powerful and knowing God! Bless this day and all of my days on the earth so that I may help others to know You and know You better upon my judgment day, Amen.

"None upon earth that I desire beside thee." Oh, if only it were this easy! The sins of this world are so tempting, but as explained later in this Psalm, "flesh and heart faileth." The temptations of earth are fleeting and finite, but seek God's love and it will be infinite.
