April 13, 2026 — Tayabas Western Academy Promotes Wellness Through Free Medical Check-Up for Academicians

Tayabas Western Academy, in partnership with Blesces Diagnostic Laboratory under the PhilHealth YAKAP Program, is offering free medical check-ups for all Academicians.

Beginning April 12, 2026, and continuing throughout the enrollment period, students are encouraged to take advantage of this initiative to ensure they start the school year healthy and prepared.

This program reflects the institution’s commitment to promoting wellness and supporting the overall well-being of its academic community.

March 28, 2026 – April 1, 2026 || TWA Goes North 🚐⬆️🍃

The Tayabas Western Academy community, composed of the Elementary Department, High School Department, Library Department, Administrators, and student assistants—went on an unforgettable journey to the beautiful province of Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte, Philippines.

This 4-day adventure gave everyone a chance to unwind, explore, and create lasting memories as they visited breathtaking destinations across Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte.

Day 1 – Hidden Garden, Baluarte Zoo, & Vigan City (Calle Crisologo, Dancing Lights and Water)
Day 2 – Paoay Church, Culili Point, Paoay Sand Dunes, Malacañang of the North, & Pagudpod
Day 3 – Patapat Bridge, Bantay Abot Cave, Blue Lagoon, & Saud Beach
Day 4 – Bangui Windmills

Indeed, this trip became a perfect way to relax and celebrate the successful end of another school year. A journey filled with laughter, bonding, and unforgettable moments—shared as one family.

March 13, 2026 - TWA Represents Candelaria in the Wild Minds Wildlife Quiz Bee 2026

In the vast forest of knowledge, every learner begins as a seed of curiosity. Last Friday, one of our own has grown into a proud advocate for wildlife and environmental awareness.

Congratulations to John Joshua A. De Sasil of Grade 10 – Alighieri for representing our school in the Provincial Wildlife Quiz Bee held on March 13, 2026 at the Quezon Provincial Capitol. Together with his coach, Sir JJ Umandap, he achieved 7th place among 25 municipalities in the Province of Quezon Province.

Beyond rankings, this achievement reflects dedication, discipline, and a deep appreciation for the protection of our natural world. Each question answered and each challenge faced reminds us that the future of wildlife conservation lies in the hands of young minds who are willing to learn, stand, and speak for nature.
