Nakakalungkot man sabihin, naghahanap po kami ng totoong maayos na cleaning company.

Nagbayad po kami ng tama para sa isang top-to-bottom deep cleaning service, ngunit hindi po na-deliver ang napagkasunduang kalidad ng trabaho.

Pagkatapos ng cleaning:
• Nagkaroon ng kalawang ang napakadaming kagamitan namin, mula stove, kettle, mga lababo, at ilang bahagi ng lapag
• May rice cooker na naiwan na may lamang pagkain hanggang mapanis
• Maraming water stains ang hindi natanggal sa walls at partition
• Hindi naisagawa nang maayos ang floor polishing na kasama sa usapan. Hindi natanggal ang stains. Walang totoong dalang polisher.
• Nasira pa ang aming pool ladder

Bilang accommodation business, kami po ang humaharap sa reklamo at expectations ng aming guests. Nakakahiya po kapag kami ang napapagalitan sa mga bagay na ipinagkatiwala namin sa professionals para ayusin.

Ang mas masakit, parang iba ang kalidad ng trabaho kapag walang may-ari na direktang nakatutok o nag-iikot. Sana po, kung ano ang serbisyo na ipinapangako at binabayaran, iyon din ang serbisyo na ibinibigay kahit walang nagbabantay.

Ang hinahanap lang po namin ay maayos, responsable, at may malasakit sa kalidad ng kanilang serbisyo.

Kung may maire-recommend po kayong cleaning company na talagang maingat, detail-oriented, at may experience sa villas, resorts, o hospitality properties, paki-comment o PM po. Maraming salamat.
