Let’s talk about an important safety aspect of diving that often occurs out of the water. It’s crucial to maintain a safe position when reboarding the boat after a dive. For example, it’s risky to position yourself directly behind someone climbing up the ladder.

A safer practice is to wait at the side of the boat or keep a safe distance until the diver ahead has safely cleared the ladder. This helps prevent accidents, such as accidentally dropping a tank on someone below. Always prioritize safety and give each other enough space to avoid injuries.
