As a student we are promoting the common good to help our fellow human in a simple way which to make them aware what is happening to our environment to everyday living. The primary goal of study is to address cyber bullying as one of major hindrance for effective online counseling. It’s is a major hindrance. Since it affects the preferred flat form where potential clients get a safe means of opening up and psychology students pursuing counseling get a means up reaching out to the potential clients. Using this ICT, we can stare all compliant that we travel and we see in our community. The importance of this work is to give information and help the readers to be aware about what is the effect to using ICT in the negative way. Acknowledging that information communication technology constantly open new doors to both opportunities and risk, this collection explore the need to integrate data protection and privacy from the very inception of new information and communication technologies.

Information and communication technology plays a pivotal role in today's dynamic world. Subsequently the relationship of law, ethics, politics and social policy on technology access use and advancement is an important factor in the development of new or existing technologies. The study of contemporary ICT issues in the use of technologies such as cyber bullying and copyright infringement. Cyber bullying happens through electronic technologies or it is bullying that takes place using electronic technologies. This is also including mean text message or emails, posted on social networking sites and embarrassing pictures, videos, websites or fake profile while cyber bullying happens. It is important to document and report the behavior so it can be addressed. This is also bad because it involves stealing someone work and presenting it as one's own and this is an illegal activity that is punishable by law.
