Just a continuation of the tour of Hulo, our project for 2021.
After 3 years we will be able to make good on our vision to continue and finish Hulo. We hope to finish this by the end of 2021.

We made 3 in 1 dessert: gluten-free fudgy brownies (as base), moist matcha cake (middle layer), topped with melted and sprinkled .

We used rolled oats, wild honey from .produce and coco sugar. Spread with cream and strawberry jam.
