A little over a year ago a graduated as an advanced Kaula Ta**ra Yoga Teacher .

Two months of daily meditation, Kaula Ta**ra Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Dance, Art and Shamanism. That completely changed my life.

A deep journey of coming home to my heart-center to fully guide me the way.

A journey of expressing all that I had been repressing.

A journey of empowerment to have the courage to fully speak my truth.

Life isn’t what I thought it was, or better what I was conditioned to think it was.

I had to come to realize how most of my life I wasn’t really in my body.

I was dreaming, overthinking and mostly overwhelmed by the superficiality of life.

A fire within me kept on burning, a voice kept on telling me there was so much more to life, there had to be.

And thank god there is. I found it in stillness. In the breath. By fully being present with what ever present itself and allow any emotions to be expressed.

I found it in vowing myself to eternally selflessly serve the highest good of all divinity.

And the road that opened up is stranger than anything I could ever imagine.

I teached me how to embody the experience of being alive. To honor the cycle nature of creation by recognizing myself to be a part of this cycle.

Cycles within cycles within cycles.

In releasing the need to rationally understand life I found all the answers I was seeking to be answered with divine love.

With presence. With embodying loving compassionate awareness. Recognizing how we are all walking each other home.

Our religions, cultural conditioning has been dividing us but what we all have in common is the Earth we walk upon and she needs humanity to wake up.

To realize how we come out of her as leaves come out of a three.

Connecting to her heals all our wounds that have been passed on from generation to generation.

I got to connect to my inner Shamaness, the grandmother inside of me, who has seen this all before.

She started to remember her present from the future.

She cosmically awakened and remembered different galaxies.

Were they live in peace and harmony.

She remembered and was born again, devoted to fulfill her highest destiny.

She is a wild woman

Untamable

Unstoppable

Fueled by the earth

Centered in her heart

She follows

The whispers of her cosmic womb

Galaxies waiting to be explored

Infinite potential realized

Embodied and felt

She remembers

Crystal clearly

Her potency

In her remembrance she rest

She surrenders fully

She becomes the wave and the ocean

Stillness in motion

Fearlessly dancing, singing and giggling her way through life

Some around her trying to grasp her, as if she is a prey

Yet she smiles compassionately, praying you will remember, that she can only be celebrated

When you look in her eyes do you remember?

She is you in a different expression, with different stories and attachments to suffering she let go of

Liberated from identity

She was found

As stardust in human expression

Put on a mission

To change the narrative for all beings

So we may live in eternal peace and harmony

In a deep divinely orchestrated love affair with life

In effortless effort

In ease and grace

Gently, elegantly

In absolute brilliance

She is awakened as love

Divine love

Eternally

My heart
My greatest guide
She beats me beat after beat
She synchronized with the heart beat of Mother earth
She speaks louder than any words
And doesn’t judge
As she recognizes how everything just simple is
One day she was born and one day she will die
Connecting to her beat awakens me to the miracle of life
Of the doing in the non-doing
Of unconditionally loving
Of accepting that what ever may present itself in my reality is here to help me evolve
And even the evolving is nothing I can accomplish
I just happens as I go
May the light of your soul illuminate your live in ways you could never imagine to be real

Realizing that real and unreal are men made concepts just like every word I just written down

It fascinates me how words can create a separation between one thing and another thing.

I am no one and no thing yet everyone and everything.

But I am so hardly wired to speak of myself as if I am something, or someone.

Can I just be no one and no thing?

May you approach me the way you are desire to be approached.

Realizing I am just a different reflection of you, mirroring something within you.

Inviting you to fully express yourself as the being you came here to live.

May my expression invite you to fully express.

May we leave behind any form of competition and return to celebration of creation.

Celebration of the gift of life. Uniting our power to bound all forces to create a thriving, abundant, heart and soul centered existence for all beings.

By implementing new ways of living in coherence with the cycle nature of our planet.

Returning to love, divine love, oneness, united divided. And agreeing on not agreeing. Fully honoring and respecting different realities all co existing on the same planet without perceiving one better than the other.

They are all here, as different dimensions, different experiences for us humans to experience what it means to be alive.

What dimension did you come here to create if you could create anything in the whole entire multiverse?

I trust and I surrender
I allow life to dance me
To sing me
To play me as an instrument
To serve
To weave
To birth
New realities into being based on unconditional love and compassion
Leaving me as stillness in motion
Centered in my heart
Celebrating creation
Recognizing the miracle
Being reflected back to me
I am a realized miracle

Yesterday my beloved friend messaged me how Siargao the Island I used to live on in The Philippines got hit by a super Typhoon and is now ground zero.
