Our Story
The Team of Talented Engineers and Designers of the Company was formed by Engr. JAM who was the Head of the Engineering & Construction Management Department where the group was working before. The Company boasts a combined experience of more than 50-Years in Construction & Project Management, General Construction Operations, Property Management, MEPFS Specialty Works, Renovation Works, Design Consultation, Quantity Survey and 3D Visualization & Animation.
The Team’s major breakthrough was the development of a privately-owned mixed-use mini city somewhere in the far Northern Province of the Country amounting to 8.75 Billion of the Philippine currency. The ultimate urban planning, design conceptualization, quantity take-off, project & resource scheduling and value engineering of each building and infrastructure during the pre-construction phase of the project was specifically handled by the Team. From then on, the confidence brought by this collaboration was what drove the Team to explore the Industry which ended up in a pretty decent competition among the mini and middle-level contractors and designers of the country.
