The Rising Leaders Development Program (BAGANI) Team met with Atty. Marilyn Barua-Yap, Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission, last May 12, 2026, as part of ongoing preparations for the upcoming BAGANI Fellowship.

With less than a month before the Fellowship officially begins, the meeting marked an important step in strengthening collaboration and reaffirming a shared commitment to developing principled and service-driven young leaders for the public sector.
