𝐀 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝟑-𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦, 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Our Korean client loved what we did on her previous unit, so coming back to design this one felt extra special. She wanted the same feeling, just elevated. We stayed true to her preference for whites and light neutrals, creating a space that feels bright, soft, and quietly refined.

We focused on keeping everything clean and seamless, while layering in warmth through textures and subtle details so it still feels like a home you can truly relax in. From the entryway with integrated storage to the open living and dining area, every part of the space was designed to feel easy, connected, and livable.

Another completed project in Pico de Loro, Batangas 🌴☀️

This unit was designed to feel light, relaxed, and distinctly Filipino—while still embracing subtle pops of color. We worked with the existing furniture, appreciating its craftsmanship and allowing it to remain the focal point of the space.

To balance its richness, we softened the overall palette with off-white walls, creating a clean and calming backdrop. Thoughtful accents in warm orange and muted yellow were introduced for a playful touch, while hints of green bring in a sense of freshness and life.

This summer home presented a unique challenge—beautiful, richly varnished wood pieces that naturally felt heavy within the space. Rather than replace them, we chose to work with what was already there and find a way to bring in balance.

We softened the overall palette with off-white walls, layered in neutral tones, and introduced touches of green to create a fresher, more breathable atmosphere. Warm and daylight lighting were carefully combined to gently bridge the contrast between light and dark, allowing each element to complement rather than compete.

Little by little, the space began to open up—feeling lighter, calmer, and more inviting, while still grounded in its original character.

A subtle nod to Filipino design, reimagined for modern living—where warmth, simplicity, and comfort come together effortlessly.

As the team grows, so does the workspace. We’re adding more workstations and storage, while introducing informal collaboration areas like high bar tables and chairs to encourage a more open and flexible work environment.

Private offices are also getting a subtle design refresh to upgrade the overall vibe of the space.

We transformed the space by replacing the cold, hard tiles with seamless vinyl flooring—instantly making the home feel warmer, quieter, and more comfortable underfoot. To enhance the vacation vibe, we added built-in bookshelves on both sides, creating space for books, décor, and personal touches that make the unit feel lived-in and inviting.

A simple material change and thoughtful storage can completely shift the mood of a space—turning it into a cozy retreat you actually want to come home (or escape) to.

Kicking off the year with an exciting transformation - another finished project in Uptown Park Suites, BGC, Taguig.

From bare unit to fully styled in just 7 days as originally planned with our client, this 33sqm 1-bedroom marks one of our first completed projects of the year and what a way to start.

Inspired by Japandi and minimalist design, we focused on creating a space that feels calm, cozy, and quietly refined. Clean lines, soft neutral tones, warm textures, and layered lighting come together to create that relaxed, hotel-like comfort—simple, intentional, and easy to live in.

Fast-paced, thoughtfully designed, and deeply satisfying to see come together.
