Robinsons Land Corporation is engaged in the business of selling, acquiring, developing, operating, leasing and disposing of real properties, such as land, buildings, shopping malls, commercial centers and housing projects, hotels and other variants and mixed-used property projects. The Company's segments include Commercial Center Division, which develops leases and manages shopping malls/commercial centers; Residential Division, which develops and sells residential condominium spaces, as well as high-end horizontal residential projects; Office Buildings Division, which develops and leases out office spaces, and Hotel Division, which owns and operates a chain of hotels. Its Commercial Center Division operates over 40 shopping malls. Its Residential Division has completed approximately 80 residential condominium buildings/towers/housing projects. Its Office Building division has completed over 10 office developments. Its Hotels Division has a portfolio of over 10 hotel properties.
