1. Can I have a price list? Our price for customized cakes starts from 800.00. Price depends on the size and design. Kindly browse through our album and send us what interests you. Or simply send us design of your choice so we can give proper quote.

2. When are your available dates for orders?
We accept orders everyday from 8 am - 6 pm via messenger or text.

3. How do I place my order?
You may dm us or text 09176808067. Orders are only confirmed with a deposit of at least 50%.
4. Is there a lead time in placing orders?

Yes. Orders should be placed at least 3 days before your desired pick up date.

5. How do I get my order? Do you deliver?
You may pick up your orders from our shop or book your preferred delivery app. Just send us details of rider and vehicle. We strongly discourage motorcycles for customized cakes.

6. Do you customize cakes?
Yes we customize cakes for birthdays, debut, weddings, baby shower, baptismal

7. How will I settle my payment?
50% deposit is required to confirm orders. You may send payment online through gcash or online banking. Qr codes are available upon request.

8. What are your office hours? Store hours are from 5 am to 10 pm. However we accept orders from 8 am to 6 pm.

9. Do you have a store? Yes. Our shop is located along A Mabini st Kapasigan, Pasig city

BIG CAKES ties up with PARES NI IVAN. Para sa mas kumpletong sarap. Tumatanggap pa rin kami ng palechon at customized cakes. May bagong lutong pandesal at mga tinapay pa rin araw araw. TIKMAN ANG BAGONG SARAP PARES NA HATID NAMIN.

Sa mga nagtatanong sa pagtanggap ng lechon sa dec 31. Ito po mga detalye:
1. Opo tatanggap po kami simula dec 30 ng umaga, tuloy tuloy na po hanggang dec 31 o hanggang mapuno na po ang pugon namin. Malalaman lang po natin kung anong oras nyo makukuha ang ipapaluto depende po sa oras ng dala at kung pang ilang batch na kayo. First come first serve basis po tayo. Yung hindi na po namin matatanggap sa dec 31 ay pwede pa naman ibalik sa jan 1. Magluluto din po kami sa jan 1.
2. 50.00 pa rin po per kilo plus magcharge lang kami 10.00 para sa ecobag na gagamitin.
3. Kailangan na pong bayaran ang paluto sa dec 30 at 31 pagdala ninyo ng ipapaluto. Hindi po kami tatanggap ng walang bayad pa upang maging mas madali at hindi magulo ang releasing.
4. Hindi rin po kami nagtitimpla at naglilinis. Kung paano nyo dalhin ang baboy o manok sa amin ay ganun na po namin iluluto.
