Isinusulong ni Vice Pres. Sara Duterte ang pagbuo ng National LGBTQIA+ Commission para tiyak na maipatupad ang mga programa at polisiya para sa mga miyembro ng komunidad.

Sinabi ito ni VP Sara sa Office of the Vice Preesident (OVP) pride event sa San Fernando, Pampanga ngayong Miyerkules, June 25.
