Another electrical fire incident has been reported along Duhat St, Avocado St and Mangga St., corner Velasco Ave. This is the latest in a series of consecutive incidents affecting utility facilities in the area.

For safety reasons, repair operations remain subject to clearance from the electric utility provider and local authorities. Some subscribers may experience service interruptions or degraded connectivity.

The power situation affecting our network facilities in Manggahan and Rosario, Pasig City has already stabilized.

All Eversource services are now back to normal operation and currently running 100%.

If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, please restart your modem/router by turning it off for 30 seconds and turning it back on.

Due to the rotational brownouts and Manual Load Dropping (MLD) being implemented under Meralco’s Red Alert status, some areas may experience intermittent internet connection, slow speeds, or temporary service interruptions.

Some Eversource network facilities are currently operating on backup power, and extended power outages may affect connectivity in certain locations.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working to keep services stable while commercial power is being restored.

Once power returns, we recommend restarting your modem/router.
