“We are not asking for harsh punishment. We are asking for accountability, proper intervention, and parental guidance. Being young should never be an excuse to destroy, steal, or disrespect the efforts of teachers, parents, and the community,” pahayag ng Tukuran SPED Center.

🚨 Violence is unpredictable. Your response shouldn't be. 🚨

Every second counts during an active shooter incident. The right training can mean the difference between panic and action—between tragedy and survival.

A decade ago, we were already advocating for Crisis Management in the Home, School, and Community, including Active Shooter Response Training. Back then, many believed, "That it only happens abroad."
Today, reality tells a different story.
The recent active shooter incident in a school in Tacloban is a painful reminder that preparedness is no longer optional—it is essential.
We conduct earthquake drills. We conduct fire drills. Why aren't Active Shooter Response Drills part of every school's annual safety program?
Preparedness is not about creating fear. It is about building the knowledge, confidence, and coordinated response that can save lives when seconds matter.
Let's stop reacting only after tragedy strikes. Let's prepare before it happens.
Be PROACTIVE, not REACTIVE.
Stop the Killing. Stop the Dying. Save Lives Through Training.
