This June, Joy~Nostalg leaders gathered for Yellow Table, guided by our monthly Charism, Value, and Competence: Free to Follow God, Simplicity, and Witnessing.

Guest facilitator Mr. Noel Delos Reyes, ACC, SLTC, led “Leading with Clarity and Purpose,” sharing practical ways to navigate complexity through Ease, Efficiency, and Efficacy, and the ACE Framework: Acknowledge, Contextualize, and Execute.

Our Group Executive Officer, Mr. Jacinto C. Ng, Jr., also reflected on how letting go of biases for convenience, wealth, power, and ego allows faith to lead us more freely.

A meaningful reminder for all of us: when we are clear on what matters, the way forward becomes lighter.

True freedom is not simply doing what we want. It is being free from the things that pull us away from God: materiality, ego, selfishness, self-centeredness, and sin.

As Mr. Jacinto C. Ng, Jr. shared in his June 2026 Culture Day GEO Talk, we are called to be free from self-interest so we can follow God more fully and love one another the same way Christ loves us.

May today’s JQ remind us to lead with humility, serve with sincerity, and choose love in the way we work and live.

At our June 2026 Culture Day Thanksgiving Mass, Fr. Adriano Tapiador, SJ reminded us that true lordship is not about commanding others but about being present to them. To follow God freely is to humble ourselves, to stand beside our neighbors, and to serve with the same love that Christ pours out for us at every Mass and every table.

At our June 2026 Culture Day Soul Session, Dr. Maria Elisa Mariles-Borja guided the Joy~Nostalg family through a deeply reflective conversation on what it means to be Free to Follow God. She reminded us that freedom is not about choosing whatever we want. It is about choosing what is good, consistently and faithfully, until we become the best version of ourselves.
