Our growing company is in search of a highly-skilled professional that can work as our in-house Architect. We are looking for someone that can aid us in making designs in our multiple projects and has the capacity to handle onsite inspection and monitoring. 🔧 What You’ll Do:

•Design & Planning
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client
requirements
- Prepare 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings)
- Create 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, and aligned with project goals
•Technical & CAD Work
- Produce accurate drawings using AutoCAD (2D CAD)
- Create realistic 3D models using tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max,
Lumion, or similar
- Prepare working drawings and construction documents
- Revise plans based on feedback from clients or management
•Site Inspection & Project Monitoring
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design implementation is
followed
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and
quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers on-site
- Identify and resolve design or construction issues
Coordination & Documentation
- Work closely with the interior design team and project managers
- Assist in material selection and specifications
- Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Architect (Philippines)
• Skilled in AutoCAD & SketchUp (REQUIRED)
• Knowledge in site supervision and construction processes
• Experience in condo, residential, or Airbnb projects (ADVANTAGE)
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership potential
• Willing to grow into a Project Architect / Construction Lead
