Lunch at JIJF Lutong Bahay Ni Inay — home of what many say is the best crispy pata in Quezon. Crispy skin, tender meat, and the kind of lutong bahay flavors that instantly feel comforting. We thoroughly enjoyed the sinigang na maya maya soured with dried kamias. Ang sarap sarap.
Such a pleasure meeting the lovely owners too, who shared that they once dined at Guevarra’s by Chef Laudico and still couldn’t forget our champorado. Moments like these remind us how food memories truly stay with people. ❤️

Made some colorful and deliciously filled pinagong for Agawan Festival inside the Sugod bakery caravan with URC Flour . Thank you everyone for joining. Will share next the wonderful display of breads from the local bakers.
