DON'T DESTROY OUR HABITATS!! 😤

The Philippine serpent eagle is listed as "least concern", but that doesn't mean that they aren't facing any threats. Habitat loss, illegal hunting and illegal trading are the common factors that affect their population.

The good news is, we have a law that protects wildlife resources and their habitats. Thanks to Republic Act No. 9147, an act that provides conservation and protection of wildlife resources and their habitats.

But we all know that this is not enough no protect them, in fact, the Philippine serpent eagle's population is still declining, that's why as an animal advocate, we believe that by proving knowledge as well as understanding, we would be able keep the Philippine serpent its existence in the future.

The Philippine serpent eagle is not known unlike the Philippine eagle, that's why we are asking for your help, to spread our message, so that many people would know that there is an endemic eagle that we must protect to avoid conflicts like what the Philippine eagle went through.

PROTECT ITS HABITAT, PLEASE! 🌳

The Philippine serpent eagle remain powerless in the face of habitat destruction.

The number of Philippine Serpent Eagles in the wild haven considerably declined-due, in large part, to habitat loss and poaching-the raptor is nonetheless classified as a species of "Least Concern" by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List of Threatened Species because of its large habitat range.
