A sales rep's scorecard is a personalized report for the members of your sales team. It is used by sales managers to track and improve the performance and development of their sales representatives.
Here's an example of what a balanced scorecard looks like and the different metrics that you can include when you do yours:

Scorecards are not a one-size-fits-all thing. Each company has their own way of crafting their scorecards, but if you don't have yours yet, this is one way to try out.
