Hey, it’s been a while.
Just wanted to drop by and let you guys know that I’m slowly getting back into content creation and keyboard modding. I had to take a break for a while — life got busy with a full-time job, and juggling everything just wasn’t realistic at the time.
But now I’m carving out time again for content creating and accepting commissions (L*Z GO!). There’s a lot I’ve been meaning to share — some cool builds, sound tests, and a few pieces I’ve been excited to finish. Looking forward to finally putting those together and reconnecting with y’all keyboard peeps.
Starting things off with a quick sound test — here’s a comparison between full foams and no foams on the Neo65.
Switches: HMX Canglan V2

With a full P3 housing, the Joker switches deliver a distinct clacky sound profile on both bottom-out and top-out. This is further enhanced by the POM stem, a favorite among clacky HMX switches.
Take a look at the last two photos, and you’ll notice the consistent factory l**e job on the bottom housing rails and stem. Compared to earlier HMX switches I’ve tested, these come with a bit more factory l**e—just enough to keep things silky smooth without feeling mushy or muted.
The result? A switch that’s impressively smooth straight out of the box, free from any noticeable ping or scratch. No mods needed—these are perfection as they are!

Compared to Mirror switches, this one has a deeper sound profile. Factory lubing is amazing so you don't really need to hand l**e this one. But of course there's always a room for that if you want it to sound a lil bit more deeper. Feel wise, super smooth and no noticeable scratch.
