Buying pre-loved items is amazing for the wallet and the planet, but it’s different from buying brand new. Please manage your expectations by keeping the following in mind:

1. Pre-Loved Condition: These bags are not brand new. They are vintage, second-hand, or pre-loved. They have lived a life before you! Please expect normal signs of wear consistent with their age (this may include slight scuffs, scratches on hardware, worn corners, or a musty "thrift smell" that usually airs out).

2. Sanitization: Items have been wiped down/sanitized, but if you have allergies or sensitivities, I recommend giving the bag a gentle clean upon arrival.

3. Authenticity: I am not a professional authenticator. Items are sold "as described" based on my research and opinion. Please do your own research if authenticity is a concern.

4. All Sales are Final: Because these are unique thrifted/vintage pieces, I cannot accept returns for minor wear and tear or fit. Please ask all questions before buying!
