TCN Solutions is Expanding Our AV Team
As we continue to grow and support high-level corporate and hotel events, TCN Solutions is expanding its team of Audio-Visual Technicians.
We are currently opening opportunities for both Full-Time and Project-Based (Freelance) positions.
Open Positions
1. Full-Time AV Technicians
Competitive salary (above industry average)
Monthly performance incentives
Company-provided boarding (staff accommodation)
Daily meal provision
2. Part-Time / Freelance Technicians (Set-Up Crew)
Project-based engagements (ingress, egress, and live operations)
Transportation allowance
Full meal provision (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Scope of Work
Installation and operation of professional Audio, Lighting, LED Wall, and Video Systems
Support during ingress and egress phases
Assistance in live event ex*****on and technical coordination
Qualifications
Experience in AV or live event production is an advantage, but not required for entry-level applicants
We prioritize work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
Strong ability to follow instructions and work within a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early call times and late egress
Basic technical knowledge or willingness to be trained
Projects Include
5-star hotel events (BGC and Makati)
Corporate productions and special events
