Whatever the weather, life stays good at Don Tim.

With clubhouses, courts, and roofed gazebos, there are shared spaces where you can stay active, spend time with family, or simply slow down, even on rainy days.

Because a good community is made for everyday life, rain or shine.

You deserve a home that is more than a place to stay today.

At The West Midland, you get a house and lot you can make your own, grow into with your family, and keep for the years ahead.

Set in Silang, Cavite, a place where you can put down roots and build something lasting.

In the South, the park is a short walk, not a long drive. Kids play outside, neighbors know each other, and weekends have room to breathe. West Midland is a real community with a park, pool, and basketball court just steps from home.
