❌ Empleyado na productive lang pag binabantayan
Kapag andyan ka, tuma-trabaho.
Kapag wala ka, abala sa cellphone.

✅ Solution: Mag-hire ng taong may sense of ownership
Yung may malasakit kahit wala ka.
Yung hindi lang nagtatrabaho para sa sweldo,
kundi nagtatrabaho kasi mahalaga sa kanya ang resulta.

❌ Ka-team na siniraan ka nung di na nasunod ang gusto niya
Kasama mo dati. Tinulungan mo pa.
Pero nung hindi na siya masunod, ikaw na ang masama.
Minsan, sila pa ang ginagamit ng kaaway para guluhin ang negosyo mo.

✅ Solution: Huwag habulin ang taong pinili kang siraan
Hindi mo kontrolado ang loyalty ng tao.
Pero kontrolado mo kung sino ang dapat mong bitawan.
Hindi mo kailangang ipagpatuloy ang relasyon na puro sakit ang dala.

❌ Empleyado na kinuha mo dahil lang sa awa
Walang experience.
Walang alignment sa values mo.
Pero kinuha mo kasi “kamag-anak” o “nakaka-awa.”

✅ Solution: Piliin ang standard kahit masakit
Ang taong pinilit mong isingit,
yan ang magiging dahilan ng delay, stress, at gastos.
Sa negosyo, hindi pwedeng feelings ang batayan ng hiring.
