Must be:
📍 NOT Employed, NOT in Education and NOT in Training
📍Filipino Citizen
📍At least 18 years of age at the time he/she finishes the training program
📍 At least High School (4th year old curriculum) / K12 graduate / ALS/College Graduate/College Undergraduate
📍Willing to complete the duration of training

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Any of the Following * (Photocopy)
*3PCS. Transcript of Record (for college graduate/undergraduate)
*3PCS. FORM 138/137 (for 4th Year High school (Old Curriculum)/Senior High school Graduate (K12 - New Curriculum)
*3PCS. ALS Certificate (old curriculum, high school)

2. 3PCS. of Diploma (Photocopy)
3. 3PCS.NSO /PSA Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate (Photocopy)
4. 3PCS. Valid ID with 3 specimen signatures (Photocopy)
5. 4 pcs 1x1 ID Picture (white b/g)
6. 4 pcs Passport -sized ID Picture (with name tag, white background, collar)
7. Long Brown Envelope
