We are looking for a full-time Office Assistant to help us in the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our Engineering and Food Businesses. If you’re an enthusiastic, outgoing and self-organized individual, our growing team can be a perfect place for you to continue your career path and expand your knowledge.
The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional that should be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better and faster output. He or She will play a critical role in keeping our office a positive and productive environment. He or She will also be required to coordinate and communicate with other business team members, clients, suppliers and other parties as deemed necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENT
•Minimum Educational Attainment: Senior High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
•Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant or any other relevant administrative role
•Basic office management skills
•Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work independently
•Excellent time management skills
•Flexibility and well-organized
•Analytical and administrative abilities
•Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google spreadsheets, etc.)
•Willing to be assigned in Poblacion, Pandi and Project Site visit as deemed necessary
