His Beloved

We chase timelines.
God writes seasons.

We push for doors to open.
God waits until our hearts are ready.

When it’s not God’s time, even our strongest efforts won’t move what He has held still. And when it is His will, no obstacle, delay, or person can keep it from coming to pass.

I’ve walked through many waiting seasons. There were times wherein I couldn’t see what God was doing, yet He was at work. Looking back, I see how those seasons had purpose. They were where faith deepened and trust grew.

Here are a few truths I’ve learned along the way:

1. You cannot rush what God is still preparing.
“The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me; Your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever.” (Psalm 138:8)

Sometimes what feels like a delay is divine protection. God is preparing the promise as much as He’s preparing your heart. David was anointed long before he wore the crown because God shaped his character in hidden places before public calling. I realized now, that His timing is an act of love too.

2. You cannot stop what God has ordained.
“I know that You can do all things; no purpose of Yours can be thwarted.” (Job 42:2)

When it’s His will, no one can stand against it. Joseph’s story shows this: betrayed, forgotten, yet positioned for purpose. Every setback was a setup for what God had already ordained. What’s meant for you will always find you because God goes before you.

3. Every season serves a purpose.
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Each season carries its own work. In planting, God sows new faith. In pruning, He removes what hinders growth. And in blooming, He brings fruit that glorifies His name. Even when you can’t see progress, He’s working all things for good (Romans 8:28).

When you are becoming tired or impatient in your waiting season, may you remember:

You are not behind.
You are not forgotten.
You are right where God wants you to be.

In His time, everything will make sense.
Wait for it, because it will be beautiful.

Faith is not born out of sight, but out of trust in the unseen hand of God.

It is the confidence we place in Him, believing that He perfectly knows what He is doing even when we do not understand His ways. So often, the waiting seasons of life become the very ground where faith is refined.

Trust is not something we inherit by nature; it is something we learn by walking with Him through uncertainty. Every trial that calls for trust is like a classroom where God reveals His faithfulness. As we see Him provide, guide, and sustain, our human tendency to be self-reliant begins to fade little by little, and trust begins to form-

trust in the One who holds all things together.

There is peace in being in the rhythm of His will. Remaining in Him even in seasons that are quiet, and praising Him in seasons loud with answered prayers. The waiting seasons are fruitful seasons too, for they are a place of preparation: where roots grow deeper, faith is strengthened, and intimacy with God is nurtured. It is in these moments that we learn to hold His hand more tightly, to trust His heart more fully, and to rest in the assurance that the One who has formed a future filled with hope is faithfully working.

If you are in a season of waiting, may you continue to press on and keep the faith.
Do not lose hope, for what He has spoken He will surely bring to pass,

in His time,
in His way,
for His glory.

Are you in a situation where it feels like you’re trapped in a bottomless pit, that no matter how hard you try to climb out, the weight of problems and heartaches keeps pulling you deeper? Does it feel like hope is slipping away, and you’re on the verge of giving up?

If that is you, may this speak to you: God is already at the edge of your pit, leaning in, reaching out, calling your name. He sees you in the depths, and He is not leaving you there.

Even in the lowest places, where hope seems like a distant memory, His hand reaches further still—never too weak, never too late, always strong enough to pull you out.

You are not forgotten. You are not too broken. And you are not beyond His reach. His love stretches further than your failures, stronger than your sorrow, and deeper than your wounds.

The pit you’re in is not where your story ends. God’s hands are stretched toward you, not just to pull you out, but to hold you close.

You are never too far for His love to find you.

And when He lifts you up, He does not leave you where you were—He sets your feet on solid ground. He turns your mourning into dancing, your ashes into beauty, and your despair into a new beginning.

The pit is not the end. With God, there is always a new tomorrow.
A fresh start.
A redeemed story.

Let your hope be anchored in this beautiful truth:
He is not just the God who rescues-

He is the God who restores.

God is always on time! 💯

In case you need to hear this today: God sees you, He loves you, and He has never left your side. His promises are true, and His plans for you are good.

You might be going through something heartbreaking right now. Maybe you’re thinking there’s no way to heal, that the pain will never fade.

But know this: 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀. He gently reminds us that healing takes time, and sometimes, the most beautiful things happen along the way. So slow down, take your time, and trust that in every season—whether filled with joy or sorrow—𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲.
