As we observe the solemnity of Holy Week, please take note of our updated operating hours:
✅ Maundy Thursday (April 2): 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
❌ Good Friday (April 3): CLOSED
✅ Black Saturday (April 4): 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
✅ Easter Sunday (April 5): 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Make sure to get your laundry done early! We’ll be back to serve you on Saturday. Have a blessed and meaningful Holy Week! 🙏✨
We received a complaint from a customer regarding a missing basket in our shop. We acknowledged our mistake and sincerely apologized when she first reported it during her visit on March 02, 2026, when she brought in one load for full service. Since we couldn’t locate her original basket, we replaced it with one of ours, which is why it has the “BubbleBoxed” label.
However, today (March 29, 2026), the same customer returned claiming that she had lost two baskets and couldn’t find the other one at home, placing the blame on us. Our staff explained that she only brought one basket during her previous visit. It is unclear how one full-service load would involve two baskets.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the missing basket, and we have already replaced what was confirmed lost. Thank you for your understanding.
